Jaime Miles works for Charter Communications as Senior Vice President Video Operations and is based in Colorado. Prior to joining Charter, Jaime was the Group Vice President of Content Services and Next Generation Client Development at Time Warner Cable. Prior to Time Warner Cable, Jaime worked for Level 3 Communications where he held various roles including a three year assignment to London England. Jaime and his wife Corie have four children ranging from a college freshman to a fourth grader. Currently they are supporting two of the Children at Raising Up Hope Uganda. James Colten works in recruitment and admissions for Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT). Prior to MLT, he spent two years with the progressive, faith-based organization Sojourners. James received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hope College, and is deeply invested in leveraging education as a tool for making the world a better place. He is also an avid musician, playing nearly every Sunday at The District Church in Washington, D.C., and pursues other solo and group music projects on the side.
Sonja Schut co-founded Beautiful Response after studying abroad with Caleb in 2010. You can read their story here. Sonja received a BA in International Studies from Baylor University and an MBA from the University of Chicago in 2017. She spent 3 years working for Arabella Advisors, a consulting firm for non-profit foundations and currently works in banking at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Sonja and Caleb live in Chicago. Faith Calvert Cordell works in project management and proposal development for an international development firm, where she travels to do work in Africa and Haiti. She has also worked as a French teacher and for an educational access program for low-income students. She is passionate about sending kids to school. She lives in a tiny row house in Washington, D.C. with her husband Nick, cat Finn, and lots of drywall dust.
